What are cookies

Categories we use

Current state: as of the last update above, we do not load any analytics or marketing cookies on velorahflow.io — only the strictly necessary rows above are active. The analytics/marketing rows are placeholders reserved for if/when those are added, and will only activate for visitors who opt in via the cookie banner.
How consent works
On your first visit, we ask you to accept all cookies, reject non-essential cookies, or manage your preferences by category. We don't set analytics or marketing cookies until you actively opt in, and we don't use pre-ticked boxes. Your choice is stored so we can honor it on future visits, and is automatically re-requested periodically or if our cookie categories change materially.

Third-party requests
Some resources on this site are loaded from third-party services regardless of the cookie categories above — for example, web fonts loaded from Google Fonts' CDN, or hosting/security services provided by Cloudflare. These involve a direct connection from your browser to that provider (which can expose technical information like your IP address to them) even though they may not set a cookie. We link to those providers' own privacy documentation where relevant and are evaluating self-hosting options to reduce these third-party connections further.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time, for example if we add a new analytics or marketing tool. When we do, we'll revise the "last updated" date above and, for material changes, ask for your consent again.
